Seedesign Studio are working with DevWest and Woods Bagot on an exciting inner city student accommodation project.
A conversion of an existing 1970’s building, this exciting development sees Perth’s north eastern portion of
the CBD transformed into a thriving student hub.


The public realm consists of an important ground floor activation, essentially a thoroughfare that connects
through from east to west that will provide amenity and places for students to study, be entertained, shop, and
dine.


Landscaped roof terraces on the upper floors will provide additional important amenity for students whilst
they take in the views of the Perth CBD.
