Architectural Documentation Specialist

6-Month (minimum) Contract Position | South Fremantle Studio

The Role

We are seeking a technically proficient Architect, Landscape Architect or Architectural Technician to join our team on a six-month (minimum) contract. In this role, you will support project leads by taking responsibility for the production of high-quality design and building documentation.

Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Revit, the Australian standards, NCC requirements, and the complete documentation process. You will collaborate closely with our design and project teams to deliver exceptional outcomes that enhance client experiences and support our commitment to excellence.

What We're Looking For

● Registered architect, landscape architect, or experienced Architectural Technician with

minimum 5 years post-graduate experience

● Advanced Revit proficiency

● Demonstrated experience collaborating within large interdisciplinary project teams

● Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs

● Excellent time management skills

● Ability to maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for complex projects

● Strong AutoCAD proficiency

● Experience with BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud

● Familiarity with Aconex and Revizto

● Based locally in Perth, WA

Key Responsibilities

● Produce high-quality design and building documentation from conceptual plans through to complete documentation packages

● Prepare coordinated, detailed construction documentation using Revit, ensuring full compliance with NCC, the Australian Standards, and relevant legislation

● Apply extensive construction documentation knowledge across all design process stages

● Support project managers and senior staff with document management, filing, and version control to maintain organized and accessible project records
